What are the responsibilities and job description for the Captain position at Sons & Daughters?
Sons & Daughters is currently seeking a Captain to join our Service Team!
This is a full-time, hourly paid Captain position with over time. A great opportunity for growth and will require working closely and collaboratively with all other members of the service team, front and back of house. Ideal candidates will be focused, hard working, dedicated to maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and committed to the preparation and execution of our service standards. A typical work week will be 4- 5 days, for ~40 to 50hrs/week.
Fine dining serving experience and wine knowledge is highly encouraged, though we will happily train the right kind of candidate and provide the necessary tools in order to grow into the position. That said, individuals must have a strong desire to learn, contribute and push for progress, as all service staff members are expected to be able to cover and execute all aspects of service.
