Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through a smooth and engaging car-buying experience by:
🚗 Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the perfect vehicle
📣 Providing expert knowledge on vehicle features, technology, and benefits
🎯 Executing the sales process from test drives to financing, ensuring a seamless experience
📈 Developing a strong pipeline by following up with leads, setting appointments, and maintaining client relationships
🏆 Achieving and exceeding sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking passionate and motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates will have:
✔️ Automotive Sales Experience (preferred But Not Required)
✔️ A track record of success in customer service or sales
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔️ A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude
✔️ Tech-savviness & familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Office knowledge a plus)
✔️ A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
