Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role
Most of your day is spent doing hands-on shipping work, but you'll also be the first point of contact when someone walks through the door — so equal parts doer and people person. Packaging and shipping delicate medical equipment parts requires care, attention to detail, and a methodical approach, and a calm, professional presence matters just as much when the occasional visitor or delivery driver stops by.
This role is a great fit if you're the kind of person who takes ownership of their work, asks good questions when they need to, and can roll with changes without losing their footing.
What You'll Do
- Package delicate parts carefully and securely for shipment
- Print and process shipping documentation accurately
- Pack, label, and organize parts for backstock storage
- Maintain an organized workspace and shipping supplies
- Greet delivery drivers and occasional visitors in a professional, composed manner
- Use good judgment when managing unscheduled visitors and drop-in sales calls on behalf of leadership
- Cross-train in inventory and receiving so you can step in and keep things moving when needed

- You've held a job before and know what showing up looks like
- Detail-oriented and methodical — you don't cut corners on things that matter
- Communicates clearly and comfortably with coworkers, management, and visitors
- Calm, composed, and uses good judgment — especially when unexpected situations arise
- Basic computer skills (Windows, typing, email)
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent; must pass a background check
- Previous shipping or warehouse experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person
