Inventory Coordinator

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $20 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized person to join our team. This role involves maintaining the company's inventory and ensuring accurate tracking. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, playing real-life Tetris, and takes pride in creating an ordered environment.
Responsibilities
- Shelve parts into appropriate locations based on their testing status
- Review shelved parts in tracking system to guarantee accuracy
- Shift product as needed to create space and maintain organization
- Update tracking system when parts are checked out or moved
- Perform cyclical inventory checks
- Investigate and resolve reports of unfound assets
- Monitor asset testing and work with technicians to ensure timeliness
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organization
- Comfortable bending, crouching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills (Windows and typing proficiency)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a background check after accepting job offer
