SonoVision is an established family-owned business located in Beaverton, OR which repairs and refurbishes ultrasound equipment. This position requires attention to detail and following directions, while also solving problems independently when an unusual situation arises. The ideal candidate will be able to take in various amounts of data, discern what parts are needed, and compile the information in an easy to follow format. The ability to balance accuracy with speed while maintaining consistency is a must.
Executive Assistant
$20.00/hour
Free medical, paid vacation, and SEP IRA
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support and confidential assistance to CFO
Generate purchase orders, invoices, and shipping paperwork
Set up shipments and receipts in inventory tracking software
Use email to correspond with customers
Review accounts for accuracy and obtain any missing information
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
General computer skills, including typing and Windows products
Previous experience with clerical work is preferred
Organized with excellent task management skills
Possess initiative and works well independently
Self-motivated, detail oriented, problem solver
