As a Clinical Trainer, you’ll be the go‑to expert for Phonak customers, including audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, physicians, universities, hospitals, and large retail partners.

As a Clinical Trainer, you’ll be the go‑to expert for Phonak customers, including audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, physicians, universities, hospitals, and large retail partners.
Responsibilities:
- Leading engaging product trainings and demonstrations during new solution launches
- Supporting sales efforts by partnering closely with Sales Representatives
- Conducting needs analyses and recommending product solutions
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships across the region
- Providing in‑person and remote clinical support, including phone and e‑learning sessions
- Representing Phonak at regional, state, and national conferences
- Participating in consumer events such as open houses and lunch‑and‑learns
- Meeting weekly customer visit goals and documenting activities in CRM
- Managing expenses and territory operations within guidelines
- Mentoring new Clinical Training team members
- Traveling frequently—up to 75% overnight
- Au.D. or Master’s degree in Audiology (required)
- 3 years of hearing aid sales or dispensing experience—clinical or territory-based
- Experience fitting Phonak products (a plus)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management, organization, and follow‑through
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
- A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
