We are searching for a qualified SLP who is interested in working in a pediatric clinic setting and school setting Full Time. Feeding Therapy experience a plus.
Our current hours are Mon-Thurs 8:00 - 6:00PM and Fridays 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Requirements:
-Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-Hold a valid SLP license in the state of Arizona
-Hold a current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
-Hold current CPR certification
-Maintain Continuing Education requirements, as per AzDHS (http://azdhs.gov/licensing/special/index.php#speech-hearing-continuing-education)
General job description:
-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of speech-language disorders
-Administer and interpret evaluations
-Complete quarterly progress reports, as needed
-Collaborate closely with children, families, and other therapy professionals

Pay: $34.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
