WHAT YOU'LL DO AS AN INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST - QUOTATION REPRESENTATIVE:
Your day revolves around managing the full sales process from processing orders and preparing detailed bids to delivering job information packages that keep projects moving. You interact daily with customers in person and over the phone, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. You work closely with the Sales Director and Financial Department to track payments, resolve credit concerns, and keep accounts current. You push yourself to not just meet but exceed monthly sales targets, finding satisfaction in every win you help create.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 2 years of industry experience
- Experience using an inventory management system (QuickBooks, Eclipse, Sage, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A comprehensive knowledge of plumbing supplies
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
- Ability to learn to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment safely
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree or 5 years of experience in the wholesale industry
- Experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand dolly, etc.)
- Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks when needed
- Determination and drive to prospect new customers
- Results-oriented and service-minded
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask as well as organize and prioritize work
