Front Office Duties to include:
Checking in/out patients
Answering phones /Schedule appointments
Medical Records Responsibilities and other related duties.
Office hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Skills/ Requirements
Chosen candidate MUST have an energetic and outgoing personality. Must be customer service driven and maintain a positive attitude. Must have front office working experience preferably in the medical field.
- Good communication skills with Patients and Providers
- Good typing skills.
- Medical terminology knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- Organized.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage time and work without supervision efficiently.
EPIC experience required.
Bilingual required.
