Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ, for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). The role involves providing patient-centered care to individuals with epilepsy, including conducting assessments, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans. The provider will collaborate with the neurologist, offer patient education, and participate in follow-ups to manage and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities may also include interpreting medical data and ensuring a high standard of care in alignment with evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Neurology, including diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy and related disorders
- Certification and experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to manage and prioritize diverse tasks in a clinical setting
- Commitment to patient care and continuous professional development
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (NP) or Master's in Physician Assistant (PA) studies; current Arizona licensure and board certification
