Medical Receptionist / Front Desk
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
● Welcome and greet patients with a friendly, professional attitude.
● Open and close the office each day.
● Learn and use Revolution EHR.
● Verify and pull insurance information for next-day patients.
● Prepare paperwork for next-day appointments.
● Confirm upcoming patient appointments.
● Call outside practice to schedule referred patients.
● Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses.
● Order annual contact lens supplies for patients.
● Complete daily batch-outs and end-of-day tasks.
● Check and respond to voicemails in a timely manner.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk.
Qualifications
● Excellent customer service and communication skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Ability to learn new software and office procedures.
● Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
● Previous medical or optical office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits
