Position Summary
This position will lead the design, development, and architecture of high-performance web applications. With a strong focus on React and .NET, or equivalent frontend and backend frameworks, you will drive complex projects, mentor team members, and shape the evolution of our application architecture, data models, and database interactions.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Expertise in designing and developing high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies, including React and .NET (or equivalent frameworks such as Angular, Vue, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, RESTful API design, and integration strategies across distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimize complex relational and cloud-based data models using Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake SQL.
- Skilled in leading full-cycle software development projects, including requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Proficient in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality and stability.
- Ability to effectively lead, mentor, and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Adept at translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and analysts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system or data issues independently.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment while delivering high-quality results.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7/365 support environment when needed, including addressing critical issues and participating in on-call rotations.
- Open to innovation and continuous improvement, regularly identifying and proposing enhancements in processes, tools, and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in full stack software development with deep expertise in .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React (or similar, e.g., Angular or Vue).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum.
- Proficiency with modern data platforms and integration tools, including Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and Fivetran
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau or Sigma Computing.
- Experience integrating with Salesforce and building APIs using MuleSoft.
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, particularly Azure Cosmos DB.
- Experience with test automation and performance testing tools, such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar frameworks.
- Experience configuring and managing API Gateways and developing microservices architectures.
- Additional related education and/or experience.
