We are seeking an individual to develop and strengthen client relationships by offering tailored cash management solutions, focusing on supporting bankers with retention and maintenance of existing clients. The selected individual will provide the highest level of service to both internal and external clients. They will also aid in the acquisition of new clients, through proposal and document generation, maintaining and administering existing account services and searching for financial service opportunities.
This position provides complex account administrative support, troubleshooting, and implementation of Treasury Management Services for Bank clients.
This role involves driving revenue growth through proactive sales effort, including cold calling and relationship building with prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services and schedule meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective outreach strategies.
- Build and nurture client relationships to convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Prepare Treasury Management documents, agreements, and implement Treasury Management products and services for new and existing clients.
- May assist bankers/lenders during the sales process and with presenting proposals and presentations to existing clients and prospects.
- Ensuring a thorough and smooth on-boarding of products sold to new and existing clients.
- Resolve operational issues to customer and banks complete satisfaction and escalate systematic issues as encountered.
- Work with bankers/lenders to be alert of consistent issues with clients and help resolve them.
- Handle appropriate maintenance requests and resolve complex product and account service issues through full ownership and resolution.
- Maintain strong thorough knowledge of products, operations and procedures in order to efficiently resolve issues.
- Perform period review of account statements for current clients to ensure they are in the appropriate product mix.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and work to increase customer utilization of products and services during client interactions.
- Analyze prospect statements and assist in preparing comparative proposals.
Treasury Management Specialist will need to work effectively with internal departments and stakeholders including Compliance, Technology, Operations, and directly with our clients to implement Treasury Management products and services. - Understanding and adherence to all Bank policies and procedures.
Create reports as directed.
- Ensure all treasury management activities comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for new and existing clients to mitigate exposure to fraud and financial loss.
- Monitor client accounts for anomalies and suspicious activity, escalating issues as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and OFAC regulations.
- Partner with internal compliance teams to implement controls and safeguard client transactions.
- Provide clients with guidance on fraud prevention and security best practices.
- Business development including: Outbound calls and new client meetings scheduled.
- Treasury product sales volume and revenue growth.
- Compliance adherence and risk mitigation effectiveness.

- Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.
- 3-5 years of treasury management or bank experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to travel on short notice.

- Ability to track sales and prospecting activity.
- Advanced knowledge of treasury and cash management products, services, procedures, financial and account analysis.
- Ability to discuss bank products with customers in a courteous and professional manner both over telephone and in-person.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of federal regulations such as Reg D, Reg E, Reg J, and others related to wire transfers.
