Experience working in a dental office and an understanding of dental terminology is required!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Help patients understand treatment and financial options
- Coordinate patient communication (calls, texts, reminders)
- Verify insurance and assist with billing coordination
- Work closely with our clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Support an organized and efficient front office
