Schulz - Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa, CA. Our team works together to provide a great customer experience while conducting safe and efficient operations.
Job Description
This position is responsible for responding to all the customers’ needs. Daily duties include:
- Conveying requests to line personnel
- Point of sale transactions
- Handling incoming calls and radio transmissions
- Creating cash receipts
- Arranging for hotels, rental cars and ground transportation
- Ordering aircraft catering
- Preparing operation reports
- Understanding and complying with the security requirements of the TSA
- Anything in between that would lead to a great and personalized customer service experience.
A qualified candidate would be able to work with high safety standards, be passionate about delivering a great customer service experience, manage a rapidly changing set of priorities, maintain a high level of professionalism, work with common sense and integrity, function well in a team environment, and would have a can-do attitude.

Minimum Job Qualifications
This position is a full-time. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. We are open 365 days/year.
Seeking someone with a flexible schedule
A High School Diploma or GED. Previous customer service experience required. You must be 18 years of age or older and currently hold a valid driver license in good standing. All employees must pass and continue a mandated random controlled substance testing program. Must be able to lift 50 lbs
