What you’ll be doing :
- Responsible for the Printing, Ink, Press Make Ready Area and Graphics
- Review the specifications and make specific recommendations with regard to manufacturing capabilities.
- Development of Standardize Process Conditions and Process Data Collection Systems.
- Lead Teams in the selection and execution of Loss Reduction Projects using DMAIC and PDCA methodology to attain Team Goals.
- Responsible for all printing related FA’s and work closely with the CAPA Team for resolution of issues.
- Review all procedures and policies as needed with SPS Steering Team.
- Manage and schedule employee vacation time.
- Coordinate counseling and progressive discipline of employees with the input of the Human Resource Department and the Director of Operations and consistent with HR policy.
- Control the inventory of supplies used by the press department.
This position is located out of our Waco, Texas Facility and 100% onsite

Compensation :
The annual base salary range for this role is from $98,640 to $110,970, plus a quarterly target bonus.
