Production and Maintenance Technician Apprentice

What You’ll Be Doing: Have a “Teamwork” and “Root Cause Problem Solving Mindset” Own and follow Safety policies and procedures. Complete training from positions of Production Associate to Assembly Mechanic. Daily job duties are Maintainer role in Production performing Quality checks and unplanned breakdown repair if required Perform preventative maintenance as required (On a monthly basis) Perform various manual or mechanical production functions by operating, adjusting, and repairing the equipment. Conduct inspection of in-process and finished products and adhere to quality standards. Jointly responsible for required operating data such as production figures, machine performance, efficiencies, maintenance, quality / spoilage. Record keeping of job tasks on paper and in computer system. Supply and maintain required hand tools. (3-month tie frame) Perform clean-up, painting, and housekeeping duties.
