We're hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Seasonal Food & Beverage Support team members to help our restaurants operate seamlessly during the 2026-2027 winter season. Wage: $12.14 /hour, plus tips

Primary Purpose of Position
Support staff are responsible for clearing and resetting of all serve sections and assists with running food. Support are often required to act as a host and bar backs while carrying out the specific duties of their position. Support must not only be congenial, but able to appropriately interact with customers and fellow team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set restaurant for business: responsible for all assigned opening, closing and weekly side work duties
- Clear and reset dining room tables
- Assist Servers run food
- Assist Host/Hostess with greeting and seating guests
- Assist Servers and Bartenders with food and beverage service to guests, keeping water/drinks full and pre-setting tables
- Stock service stations with all necessary items needed for the night
- Polish glassware, silverware, and flatware
- Adhere to LHW standards at all times
- Participate in related F&B training/seminar program such as MDP classes and wine training
- Act as a responsible, personable representative of the Sonnenalp team.
Experience
- Basic knowledge of fine dining table set up helpful
- Personable disposition which is maintained in pressure situations required
Special Skills/Equipment
- Strong organizational skills required
Essential Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift - up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, ability to multi task
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels
