Now Hiring 2nd & 3rd shift | Must Be Available to Work Any Shift — 24/7 Center.
IN THIS ROLE
You will monitor specialized burglary alarm systems, CCTV, access control systems, and fire signals, to identify and verify threats, and dispatch emergency responders when required. All duties are performed from a central station environment, where your strong attention to detail and keen awareness, will provide the highest level of customer service to keep our clients safe.
DUTIES INCLUDE: (But May Not Be Limited to):
- Monitor alarms, CCTV, and access control for suspicious activity or breaches
- Verify alarm activations using audio/video and dispatch police, fire, or medical as needed
- Log incidents accurately and maintain detailed records
- Deliver professional customer service care to customers, and help support field personnel
- Perform general administrative and office duties
WHAT YOU NEED
- Must be able to obtain a Sheriff's Card and pass background checks (required)
- Available for any shift, including nights/weekends (24/7 operation) (required)
- Type 45 net wpm; with a strong ability for multitasking across multiple screens
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented – ability to multi-task
- Clear and professional communicator (written and spoken)
- Prior proven customer service experience, - prior PBX, call center, or security/CCTV experience a plus — not required
- Fluent English (Written and spoken) – Bi-lingual Spanish a plus ( not required)
- Ability to hear audio sounds clearly, and view camera feeds attentively for extended periods.
