Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and private equity stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships grounded in credibility, transparency, and performance
- Proactively engage the investment community to reinforce confidence in the company’s strategy and execution.
- Lead quarterly earnings processes, including preparation of scripts, presentations, and Q&A materials
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, concise insights for external audiences
- Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and peer activity to inform messaging and strategy
- Provide executive leadership with insights on investor perceptions and potential risks or opportunities
- Evaluate and optimize the company’s investor base composition to align with its long-term strategy, targeting shareholders who value stable, acquisition-driven growth and reinforcing a durable, trust-based ownership profile
- Help shape the company’s long-term capital markets strategy to support sustained growth through acquisitions
- Partner closely with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in communications
- Oversee investor event strategies (roadshows, conferences, etc) to build visibility and engagement
- Ensure investor communications & financial reporting comply with appropriate regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- 10 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance
- Experience in a publicly traded company; experience with private equity-backed organizations strongly preferred
- M&A and capital markets transaction experience
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external advisors
- Deep understanding of financial regulations & reporting
- Proven ability to craft and communicate a compelling investment narrative to sophisticated audiences
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and valuation frameworks
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence at the highest levels
- Flexibility to travel up to 10%of time to support investor relations meetings & events
