Job Responsibilities & Qualifications
Sales & Occupancy Growth
- Drive occupancy by managing the full sales cycle from inquiry to move-in
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Build and maintain a robust referral network with local professionals and community partners
Relationship Building
- Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with prospective residents and their families
- Guide families through the decision-making process with empathy and honesty
- Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to align sales strategy with community goals
Marketing & Outreach
- Lead community outreach events, tours, and local marketing initiatives
- Build the community's reputation and visibility within the local market
- Track and report on leads, conversions, and sales pipeline activity
Qualifications
Required
- 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline with discipline and follow-through
- Flexible schedule with the ability to conduct tours and events as needed
Preferred
- Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales experience
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Enquire, or similar platforms)
