Typical Schedule (Subject to change based on special events and scheduled department PTO)
Mondays & Wednesdays - 6:00am - 2:30pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays - 10:30am - 7:00pm
Fridays rotating 6:00am-2:30pm and 10:30am-7:00pm with Culinary Director
Periodic weekends and holidays are part of the role, as expected in a hospitality position, but you won't be living at work.

What You'll Do
As a Supervisor and Cook, you'll help create delicious and enjoyable dining experiences while ensuring meals are prepared safely and meet the dietary needs of our residents. Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and cooking meals according to established menus, recipes, and dietary requirements
- Ensuring meals are prepared and served in a timely manner
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
- Following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Assisting with meal planning, food preparation, and special dietary needs as assigned
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and work environment
- Monitoring food supplies and communicating inventory or equipment needs
- Working collaboratively with the Dining Services team to provide an exceptional experience for residents
- Following all company policies, food safety standards, and applicable local and state regulations
- Lead a team of chefs and servers
- Provide backup support to the Culinary Director on ordering, inventory and scheduling
