As a Dining Services Assistant, you'll help create enjoyable and positive dining experiences for our residents. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with food preparation and kitchen tasks as assigned
- Helping provide efficient, timely, and friendly meal service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room and kitchen
- Creating a welcoming and positive experience for residents and guests
- Ensuring meals are served according to established schedules
- Identifying and communicating food service concerns or issues appropriately
- Following all food safety, workplace safety, and local and state requirements
The Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who
- Enjoys working with seniors and making a difference in their day
- Has a positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Takes pride in providing excellent customer service
- Is dependable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Has previous food service or similar experience (preferred, but not required)
