The Wellington at Arapaho, a 45-unit Assisted Living Community, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Clinical Coordinator / Medication Aide to support the daily operations of the Wellness Department. This role assists the Wellness Director with staffing coordination, resident care management, and medication support while helping create a safe, engaging, and service-focused environment for residents and team members alike.
Responsibilities
- Assist with staffing schedules and coverage needs for the clinical department
- Provide Medication Aide coverage as needed
- Support the Wellness Director with day-to-day wellness operations
- Coordinate resident care and communicate changes in condition appropriately
- Partner with caregivers, families, physicians, and outside providers to support resident needs
- Assist with onboarding and support of caregiving and Med Aide team members
- Help maintain compliance with community policies and state regulations
- Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on hospitality and service
Qualifications
- Medication Aide certification or clinical licensure as required by state regulations
- Two-years supervisory/management experience with direct care staff
- Previous experience in senior living / assisted living or healthcare preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented mindset
