What You'll Do
Sales Support
- Assist with customer inquiries and quote preparation
- Process sales orders and maintain customer records
- Coordinate with the sales team on proposals and presentations
Fulfillment & Packaging
- Participate in order fulfillment and quality control
- Assist with packaging projects and inventory management
- Coordinate shipments and track deliveries
- Help optimize fulfillment processes
General Administration
- Provide day-to-day operational support across departments
- Maintain organization and process documentation
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members
- Tackle special projects as they arise
Marketing Support
- Coordinate marketing materials and promotional campaigns

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of retail, administrative or office experience (or equivalent transferable skills)
- Experience with inventory, online stores, warehouse maintenance a plus
- Physical ability to assist with packaging and fulfillment tasks as needed
