Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform, lead, and supervise assigned station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) to meet operational standards.

• Support new employee orientation and training.

• Follow and help enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Lead and participate in regular cleaning and sanitation tasks, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food-prep tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food-prep areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.

• Maintain regular attendance and dependable shift coverage.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Help ensure the restaurant is staffed appropriately at all times.

• Maintain operational excellence so the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.

• Ensure all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed.

• Create a positive restaurant atmosphere that guests and team members enjoy.

• Complete other tasks as needed to support daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive food and beverage knowledge with the ability to quickly recall ingredients, menu items, and preparation details to assist customers and team members
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and lead by example during each shift
• Comfort working with restaurant management software, including ordering, scheduling, inventory, and basic reporting
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage team coverage, tasks, and workflow to ensure smooth, efficient service

Salary : $17 - $20
