We're seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Fast Food Team Members. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
About the Role
-As a Fast Food Team Member, you'll work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
-You'll be responsible for taking orders, preparing menu items, and handling cash transactions
-You'll maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Key Responsibilities
-Take orders and make accurate change quickly
-Prepare and serve menu items, including fountain drinks and ice cream treats
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, and wiping counter-tops
-Assist with drive-thru operations, including operating the switchboard and making deliveries
-Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
-Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
-Flexibility in all situations based on restaurant business needs
-Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
-Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
-General knowledge and understanding of the food service/restaurant industry or retail operations preferred, but not required
