Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Manage kitchen staff, including cooks and assistant managers, to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently.
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols to comply with health regulations.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for customer service and food preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for exceptional service.
- Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and operational improvements.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the quick service fast food or casual dining industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, including food safety regulations and procedures.
- Experience in food production processes, with the ability to train others effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Previous experience as a cook or in food service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
