- Set Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturdays and Sundays night shifts
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Follow established recipes and presentation standards to deliver exceptional meals
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and seasonal specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle food with care, practicing proper food handling techniques to prevent contamination
- Support catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service hours
Requirements
- Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturdays and Sundays night shifts
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 – 42.0 per week
