Fast Food Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Fast Food Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and efficient restaurant environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in quick service restaurants, food handling, or retail is a plus but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food service, cashiering, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payments
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance customer experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen surfaces in compliance with sanitation standards
• Assist with food safety practices including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Support team members with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and restocking supplies as needed
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service delivery

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
• Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures
• Excellent time management skills to work efficiently during peak hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
