Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, steamers, slicers, and other culinary tools
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area by following food safety protocols and cleaning schedules
• Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and safety standards in production

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related food industry role is highly preferred
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Understanding of food safety management principles and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with kitchen staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety standards in production
• Experience in restaurant or catering environments is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
