As a Closing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our establishment during the evening hours. What you’ll do
- Supervise and coordinate closing shift activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Train and develop staff on food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory control to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Handle cash management processes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the establishment.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and leadership.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to close 5 days per week
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with INFOR POS or Micros POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Background in fine dining, casual dining, or quick service environments.
- Skills in budgeting, training & development, and team management.
