Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Infor POS.
• Deliver food promptly to customers’ vehicles or tables while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to assist with food preparation when needed.
• Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision.
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage.
• Upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
• Ensure food service customer order management is smooth by coordinating with kitchen staff and monitoring order accuracy.

Skills

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments, with strong knowledge of food preparation and serving techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Infor POS for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and handle inquiries professionally.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing change efficiently.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, and warming stations.
• Knowledge of food safety management practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
