🛠️ What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead & evolve the Quality Management System (QMS)
🔹 Drive ISO 13485 readiness and elevate compliance maturity
🔹 Lead internal/external audits CAPA management
🔹 Partner with engineering, manufacturing & leadership
🔹 Build accountability, ownership & quality culture
🔹 Use data to drive decisions and root-cause solutions
🔹 Improve efficiency across high-mix, low-volume production
✔️ What We’re Looking For
⭐ 5 years in Quality Management (ISO 9001 / regulated industries — medical device, aerospace, etc.)
⭐ Proven experience with audits, CAPA, supplier quality, and RCA tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone)
⭐ 3 years of leadership / influencing cross-functional teams
⭐ Strong communicator, collaborator & problem-solver
⭐ Hands-on, proactive, disciplined, accountable
⭐ Curious, improvement-driven, and growth-minded
⭐ Bachelor’s in Engineering / Quality / Manufacturing (required)
⭐ ISO Lead Auditor, CQE, Six Sigma preferred
