Soni is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to hire a Manager of Verifications. This role is focused specifically on front-end insurance verification and authorization processes and is critical to preventing downstream billing and collections issues.
Responsibilities:
- Lead insurance verification, eligibility, and authorization operations
- Ensure accurate demographic and insurance information prior to services rendered
- Manage and support verification teams, including offshore resources where applicable
- Develop and maintain standardized workflows and SOPs
- Monitor front-end accuracy metrics and denial prevention trends
- Partner with billing and revenue cycle leaders to improve clean claim rates
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and payer-specific requirements
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in insurance verification, authorizations, or front-end RCM
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong Medicare knowledge
- Experience working with offshore or distributed teams
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Confident communicator and collaborative team partner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coding knowledge or experience supporting coding teams
- Experience in orthopedic, pain management, or specialty healthcare environments
- Exposure to multi-site healthcare organizations
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
