This is an exciting opportunity to help build high-performing legal teams within a non-traditional, rapidly scaling organization. We are seeking a Temporary Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to support a fast-growing, tech-enabled law firm in scaling its legal talent. This is a fully remote, high-volume recruiting role focused on sourcing and hiring Legal Support professionals, Paralegals, and Attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates across legal roles, including Paralegals and Attorneys
• Conduct candidate screenings and manage the full recruitment life cycle end-to-end
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
• Manage candidate pipelines and hiring activity within an ATS (e.g., Ashby or similar)
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience within a law firm or legal environment (required)
• Proven experience supporting high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with LinkedIn sourcing tools and ATS platforms (Ashby or similar)
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  
  
  

Compensation: $35-42/hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
