- Manage employment verifications and maintain compliance with documentation standards
- Organize and maintain employee files, ensuring all records are current and properly stored
- Support HR with document tracking, audits, and compliance reporting
- Assist with administrative tasks related to onboarding, data management, and employee updates
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- High school diploma or GED required; HR or payroll experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or data entry experience (HR or payroll setting a plus)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bilingual in Spanish or Swahili is preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel between buildings during the workday
- Comfortable working independently in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment
