We are seeking a hands-on Regional HR Operations Manager to lead HR service delivery across the USA and Canada as part of a global HR Operations team. This role is responsible for managing a team of HR and Payroll professionals and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient HR operations that deliver an excellent employee experience.

- Lead and execute end-to-end HR Operations including HR administration, payroll support, benefits, recruitment coordination, leave management, compliance, and reporting.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of HR and Payroll professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state/provincial, and local employment laws across the USA and Canada.
- Drive process standardization and operational excellence in partnership with regional and global HR stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring service quality, contractual compliance, and cost effectiveness.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational risks.
- Contribute to global HR Operations leadership initiatives and represent North America business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of HR Operations experience, including 3 years in a leadership role within the USA and Canada.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in benefits administration, including health and retirement plans, open enrollment, and vendor management.
- Experience supporting recruitment operations, payroll processes, and employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, parental leave).
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms; experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success driving operational improvements, compliance, or efficiency gains.
