Responsibilities:
- Proofread and review marketing materials for grammar, punctuation, formatting, consistency, and brand compliance.
- Perform quality assurance checks to verify offers, disclaimers, URLs, dates, and other campaign details.
- Identify, document, and communicate edits or discrepancies to internal teams.
- Coordinate project setup and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Enter and update project information within internal systems.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and project status.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
- Maintain organized records and follow established quality control processes.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
- 0–2 years of experience in copy editing, proofreading, quality assurance, project coordination, or administrative support.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience reviewing marketing, advertising, or customer-facing materials.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, compliance, or regulated content environments is a plus.
