- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze variances between actual and forecasted results, particularly related to manufacturing costs, labor, and materials.
- Support development of financial models related to production efficiency, inventory levels, and capital expenditures.
- Maintain cost accounting records and ensure standard cost accuracy.
- Assist with annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasting processes.
- Track budget performance for manufacturing operations and highlight deviations.
- Gather data from cross-functional teams to support forecasting of sales, production, and expenses.
- Monitor and analyze inventory movements, scrap rates, and production yields.
- Support updates to bill of materials (BOM) and routing costs.
- Review work orders, purchase price variances, and inventory valuation adjustments.
- Partner with production and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and process efficiencies.
- Assist in preparing KPIs and dashboards for plant performance.
- Participate in audits, internal controls reviews, and compliance activities.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline reporting and financial workflows.
- Support implementation of new tools or ERP enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance (internships acceptable).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
