Corporate Accounting Manager

This role will manage a small team of accountants while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the accounting function.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and ensure accuracy of month-end and year-end close, including consolidations and reconciliations
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including review and approval of journal entries
- Manage and develop a team of accountants, including coaching, performance management, and professional development
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track team performance and accounting efficiency
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to strengthen accounting operations
- Support financial reporting and compliance in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Partner cross-functionally on projects, system implementations, and operational initiatives
- Maintain strong internal controls and documentation standards
- CPA license preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or multi-entity environment
- 1–2 years of management or leadership experience
- Strong ownership of month-end close and consolidations
- Experience reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Demonstrated project management and process improvement experience
- Experience in corporate or multi-entity accounting environments
- Ability to work onsite in Franklin, TN 5 days per week
