The HR Generalist with a focus on Talent Acquisition is responsible for supporting core human resources functions while leading full-cycle recruitment efforts. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard top talent, while also contributing to employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)

  • Support employer branding initiatives

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation

  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS accuracy

  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Support performance management processes

  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries

  • Participate in HR projects and process improvements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2-5 years of HR experience, with strong emphasis on recruiting

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics


Compensation: $30-39/hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
