Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS accuracy
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Support performance management processes
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of HR experience, with strong emphasis on recruiting
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics
