A software company in Midtown New York is looking to hire a temporary Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator will support all day to day administrative duties, including working with vendors, managing office calendar, onboarding new employees and acting as first point of contact for all guests and visitors. The ideal candidate has 2 years of office management or executive assistance experience, and a background in hospitality or professional services. The position is onsite everyday, starts on a temporary basis, and looking for someone to start asap.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of office management experience
  • 5 years of administrative experience

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Background in Hospitality

Compensation: $30-35/hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
