Soni is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to provide short-term support across employment-based immigration and mobility activities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can step in quickly, manage active cases, coordinate with outside counsel, and provide responsive support to employees and internal stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can step in quickly, manage active cases, coordinate with outside counsel, and provide responsive support to employees and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employment-based immigration cases and work authorization activity
- Coordinate documentation, filings, deadlines, renewals, and transfers
- Partner with outside immigration counsel and vendors
- Support employee questions related to immigration and mobility
- Maintain accurate case tracking and documentation
- Assist with related mobility and relocation activity as needed
- 3 years of employment-based immigration experience
- Strong hands-on case management experience
- Experience working with H-1B and other employment-based visa matters
- Experience partnering with outside immigration counsel
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly
- Prior in-house immigration or global mobility experience
- Experience supporting a larger organization
- Immigration paralegal or consulting background
- Relocation / mobility exposure
