As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. In this role, you will build relationships with clients and referral partners, identify insurance needs, develop new business opportunities, and provide trusted guidance throughout the insurance process. Responsibilities


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agency growth and production goals.


• Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, community involvement, and other business development activities.


• Build and maintain relationships with mortgage lenders, loan officers, real estate professionals, local business owners, and community organizations to generate referral opportunities.


• Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand client exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.


• Present and explain insurance coverage options clearly and professionally, ensuring clients understand their protection.


• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and ongoing communication.


• Gather complete and accurate underwriting information to facilitate quoting, policy issuance, and account servicing.


• Collaborate with agency team members to deliver outstanding customer service and support agency operations.


Requirements


• Active Mississippi Property & Casualty License preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing and able to obtain a Mississippi Property & Casualty License within 60 days of hire.


• Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience preferred; equivalent experience in financial services, mortgage lending, real estate, or other relationship-based sales environments will be considered.


• Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop long-term client relationships.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


• Proven ability to network, develop referral sources, and generate new business opportunities.


• Proficiency with agency management systems, quoting platforms, Microsoft Office, and other business technology tools.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects, follow-up activities, and client relationships.


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.


• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the insurance industry.


• Ability to represent the agency professionally within the community and build relationships with mortgage lenders, loan officers, real estate professionals, business owners, and other centers of influence.

Salary : $36,000 - $75,000
