We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance needs, manage existing accounts, handle policy changes and renewals, and help customers understand their coverage and available options.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist clients with coverage questions, billing, claims reporting, and other insurance needs.
Manage client accounts, including renewals, coverage reviews, remarketing, and policy rewrites.
Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
Research and resolve client, carrier, and policy-related issues with timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and follow-up activities in the agency management system.
Build strong client relationships, identify coverage needs, and support customer retention.
Collaborate with team members and insurance carriers while following established agency procedures and workflows.
Requirements
Active Mississippi Property & Casualty insurance license preferred. Unlicensed candidates must be willing and able to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.
Insurance experience preferred, but candidates with customer service, banking, financial services, administrative, or other relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
Ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve problems independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology; insurance agency management system experience is a plus.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Salary : $36,000 - $48,000
