We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Ensure all public areas, hallways, and common spaces are tidy and presentable
- Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replacements as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests courteously and efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial services, or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Experience with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning or polishing is a plus
- Background in hospitality or industrial cleaning can be beneficial
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures related to custodial work is preferred
