Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and billing procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and guest accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols around the property, and managing access control.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette while managing guest requests and internal communications.
- Support guest services by resolving complaints or issues swiftly to uphold our reputation for outstanding hospitality.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel front desk operations or night audit roles.
