- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain front desk operations including reservations, billing, and room assignments with precision.
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing daily financial reports.
- Foster positive guest relations by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service tailored to diverse cultural backgrounds, including multilingual support when possible.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk roles within the hospitality industry.
