A prestigious global law firm is seeking an ambitious mid-level Associate (Class of 2019-2022) to join its elite Capital Markets team and sit in either its New York or Washington, DC office. This firm is well-known for being an innovator across the transactional space, with prominent positions in the most exciting and cutting-edge industries, including technology, life sciences, telecommunications, health care, energy, media & entertainment, gaming and retail.
In this role, you have the opportunity to advise both issuers and underwriters on a wide range of big-ticket debt and equity offerings, including high-value IPOs and follow-on offerings, investment-grade and convertible debt offerings.
Key Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience handling public, Rule 144A, and private debt and equity transactions at a top Am Law firm.
- Exceptional academic credentials.
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the state of New York
- Ability to take on a high level of responsibilities and work with autonomy in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
